- 4 chicken thighs
 - 2 cloves garlic, grated
 - 1 tbsp ginger, grated
 - 1/2 cup sugar
 - 1/2 cup soy sauce
 - 1/4 cup water
 
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients. Mix until sugar is dissolved.
 - On a resealable bag or container, marinate the chicken at least 30 minutes. Hi
 - Grill the chicken until cooked, baste often.
