Soy Sauce Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 boneless chicken thigh
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar


Directions:

1. Marinate chicken thigh with 1 tsp sugar and pinch of salt for 2 hours.
2. Heat wok on medium heat.
3. Add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce and sugar. Stir until mix.
4. Put chicken skin side down.
5. Lower heat and add 4 tbsp hot water.
6. Cook until chicken is cooked through and gravy thicken.
