Baked Salmon

Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. salmon fillet
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsps salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions:
  1. Place salmon fillet on a baking tray.
  2. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
  3. Chop garlic and mix into the cup of mayonnaise.
  4. Spread the garlic-mayo mixture on top of the fillet, spead evenly.
  5. Preheat oven to 450° F and place salmon into oven for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Turn the oven setting to 'broil' for 5 minutes.
  7. Cool down and garnish.
